

- Reviewing and approving validation/transfer and qualification data, protocols and final reports.
- Supervising and leading an analytical chemistry team, including performance feedback and development.
- Serving as the analytical chemistry subject matter expert (SME to customer/regulatory audits.


- Develop and test new bakery products with focus on quality, flavor, and scalability.
- Bring hands-on pastry and baking skills into product development environment.
- Assist with product trials and sensory evaluations.


- Take ownership of the procurement process for assigned project elements and act as an integrated team member.
- Develop contracting and procurement strategies, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Research market conditions.
- Lead stakeholder participation in procurement activities, balance conflicting time requirements, and achieve project objectives.
