About the Role

Pro Marketer is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of front-end and back-end web development, with experience working with modern web technologies, WordPress, and Shopify.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of developing, maintaining, and improving websites while collaborating effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with front-end technologies to create user-friendly website experiences.
• Support back-end development and website functionality.
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and Shopify stores.
• Identify and troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Ensure websites are responsive, functional, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and other team members to deliver high-quality projects.
• Implement website updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with React and Node.js.
• Experience with PHP and WordPress, including theme or plugin customization.
• Knowledge of Shopify store development and customization.
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with website performance optimization and debugging.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Willingness to work 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on e-commerce websites.
• Familiarity with website integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Understanding of website security and SEO-friendly development practices.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
