Service Coordinator

• Handle service requests via phone, email, and fax for medical equipment repairs.
• Generate work orders (WO) in the computer system.
• Prepare quotes for funding approvals, generate invoices, and scan and store documents in the appropriate locations within the computer system for funding approvals.
• Schedule appointments with clients for service and deliveries.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and deliveries.
• Order repair parts for the service department.
• Monitor and follow up on quote approvals and parts orders as necessary.
• Assist with Receiving Inventor: verify quantities and process appropriate documentation
• Pick and Ship customer Orders via Transport / courier service
• Assist with inventory counts
• Adhere to existing procedures and policies.

• Wage:$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Scheduling and/or dispatching experience are considered assets
• Microsoft Office, computer and administrative experience are required
• Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player
