Title: Stair Installation Helper / Construction Labourer

Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM

Location: Various construction sites

Job Summary:

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Stair Installation Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will travel with a driver to various construction sites to deliver and install wooden stairs. This position is ideal for someone with construction or general labour experience who is comfortable working on active construction sites and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Travel with a company driver to deliver wooden stairs to construction sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting wooden stairs and materials.
• Assist with the installation and positioning of wooden staircases at construction sites.
• Use basic hand tools and assist with installation tasks as required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work safely at heights and follow all applicable safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid Working at Heights training is mandatory.
• Previous construction, carpentry, or general labour experience is an asset.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy materials.
• Comfortable working at construction sites and at heights.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety boots.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with site-specific safety procedures.
