- Connect youth, students, and early-career professionals with existing programs, resources, networks, and opportunities that support their educational, career, and community goals.
- Coordinate assigned young talent initiatives, ensuring activities, partnerships, and engagement efforts are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Track engagement activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators, and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Director of Population Growth and Workforce Development.
- Travel regularly throughout Atlantic Canada and within the Saint John Region to support outreach activities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to other tasks and team efforts as needed.
Your qualifications:
- You're genuinely passionate about the Saint John Region and bring lived experience or a strong connection that enables you to authentically champion the region and inspire youth, students, and early-career professionals to see a future for themselves here.
