We're Hiring: Back Office Chiropractic Assistant

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of working directly with patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

• Setting patients up for spinal decompression under the guidance of our chiropractors
• Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for
• Managing the majority of our phone calls, text messages, and emails
• Scheduling and assisting patients with appointment questions
• Completing patient follow-ups and communications
• Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Keeping treatment areas organized, stocked, and ready
• Supporting our chiropractors and team wherever needed

• Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoy working with people
• A great communicator both in person and over the phone
• Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once
• Comfortable learning hands-on patient procedures
• Dependable and someone your teammates can count on
• Proactive - you notice what needs to be done and jump in
• Comfortable in a busy, energetic environment
• Eager to learn and open to feedback

Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a bonus, but it isn't everything. We're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
