Job Title: Transportation Administration
Location: Kitchener, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

We have immediate opening for a Terminal Clerk to join a transportation company in Kitchener. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Send and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Stamp and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• File, organize, and sort documents
• Complete data entry and other administrative tasks
• Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data entry abilities
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive and professional attitude
• Previous transportation or office experience is an asset
