Job Title: Driver Helper
Location: Kingston, Ontario
Shift: Short-term assignment, Monday-Friday - early morning starts, 6-12 hours
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Supporting a waste collection facility, you'll work alongside local drivers collecting residential waste while delivering excellent customer service throughout the day. Responsibilities:
• Working alongside a D driver, operating a Rear Loader Truck
• Assisting with collecting residential garbage in and around the Kingston area
• Staying active throughout the entire shift with continuous walking, lifting, carrying, and loading materials
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with driver
• Provide excellent customer service
• Paying attention to detail and your surrounding areas
• Maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Work Conditions
On the road assisting with residential waste collection; must wear comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor weather conditions. This is a highly active role that can feel like a full-body workout, making it an excellent fit for individuals who enjoy physically demanding work, fitness-focused lifestyles, or staying active throughout their workday.
