­Key Responsibilities:

­In this position you will supervise, coordinate and direct the activities of the Facilities Maintenance Section to ensure the general maintenance work, asset control, record keeping, safety & health and other administrative functions within the General Maintenance Section. ­

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the Corporation's Safety and Health Program. You will also be responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.

What You'll Need:

• ­Journeyperson Certificate in a related trade (Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing/Refrigeration) and five (5) year experience in the related trade or equivalent knowledge learned through on-the-job training/experience with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.­
• Knowledge of Water Distribution & Water Treatment Systems and Waste Water Collection Treatment Systems.
• Good communication skills and good working knowledge of computers and the ability to operate various computer programs.­
• Valid Class 05 driver's license.
• Similar trade qualifications and experience will also be considered
