Forklift - Reach Operator

Title: Reach Operator - Production

Location: Mississauga ON

Wage: $20.00/ hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7 am to 430 pm

We are hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operator for an upcoming opportunity with our client. This role combines material handling responsibilities with inventory control duties, making it ideal for candidates who are comfortable operating a reach truck while also performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the production/warehouse facility
• Complete scheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by comparing physical stock to system records.
• Replenish inventory and ensure products are stored in designated locations.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
• Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to support daily operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Reach certified
• Minimum 1 year experience
• RF scanner experience
• Cycle count experience
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Willing to be off the forklift to perform some duties
• This is production facility
