Shifts: Monday to Friday

• Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Afternoons: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to join a high-volume distribution and materials handling operation in Burlington. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, cut, receive, and organize wire and cable products according to order specifications.
• Accurately and efficiently process standard, rush, and custom orders.
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding order status, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling materials.
• Assist with other warehouse duties and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Experience in material handling, warehousing, or production environments is required
• Basic math and computer skills considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset (not required)
• CSA-approved safety footwear required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check
