Job Title: Lumper / Warehouse Labourer
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Casual shifts, 8:00 a.m. start
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The Lumper / Warehouse Labourer will support warehouse operations by unloading containers, organizing product, palletizing items, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

This role is physically demanding and requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and comfortable performing repetitive manual labour in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload containers safely by hand or using pallet jacks
• Lift, move, and organize product throughout the warehouse
• Palletize, wrap, and stage items for storage or shipment
• Assist with light warehouse cleanup to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, lumping, general labour, or container unloading experience considered an asset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Strong work ethic and safety-focused approach
• Able to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
