Job Title: Lumper / Warehouse Labourer
Location: Middleton, NS
Shift/Hours: Flexible shifts

The Lumper / Warehouse Labourer will support warehouse and distribution operations by manually unloading shipments, moving product, palletizing freight, and preparing goods for storage or shipment.

This role is physically demanding and requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and comfortable performing repetitive lifting and manual labour in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manually unload containers, trailers, and shipments
• Lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Palletize, wrap, and stage goods for storage or shipment
• Use pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Support additional warehouse and general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, lumping, general labour, or distribution experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
