Job Title: Warehouse Labourer
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Casual shifts
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

The Warehouse Labourer will support daily warehouse operations by loading and unloading product, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, palletizing items, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

This role is physically active and requires someone who is dependable, comfortable with repetitive lifting, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Palletize products for storage or shipping
• Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or general labour experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• CSA-approved safety boots required
