Location: Bedford, NS
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour

Available Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Warehouse Associate will support daily operations in a busy distribution centre. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, building, loading, and unloading products for retail and commercial distribution.

The position is physically active and requires someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize high-volume of shipments
• Pick and build orders accurately for retail and commercial distribution
• Load and unload product, including cases and palletized stock
• Move, stage, and organize product throughout the warehouse
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, if certified
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety requirements
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations throughout the shift
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
• Able to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet productivity targets
• CSA-approved safety boots required
• Forklift certification considered an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
