Job Title: Greenhouse Associate
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | Approximately 10-hour shifts | Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs

About the Role
Our client is a growing agricultural operation specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of premium mushrooms for commercial distribution. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their team in a fast-paced, physically active production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvest mushrooms and assist with general crop maintenance
- Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
- Follow all food safety, quality control, and health & safety procedures
- Perform additional general labour and production duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a steady pace
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical tasks
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Comfortable working in a humid agricultural/production environment with varying temperatures
- Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts, with occasional Saturdays as required
- Reliable transportation to Niagara-on-the-Lake, as public transportation options may be limited

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
This position is classified as agricultural work under Ontario Employment Standards and is subject to the applicable provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
