As a Rogers representative , you'll:
Create exceptional customer experiences with every conversation.
Help customers discover the best Rogers wireless and internet solutions.
Turn opportunities into sales through personalized recommendations.
Build lasting customer relationships and earn their trust.
Stay ahead with the latest Rogers products and exclusive offers.
Represent Red Wireless with pride as a Rogers Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
Be a proud Rogers Ambassador, delivering exceptional service in every customer interaction.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers over the phone.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend the best Rogers products and solutions.
Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and services.
Achieve sales targets for wireless plans, devices, accessories, and value-added services.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously grow your skills.
Manage customer requests promptly and accurately using tools like Pipedrive, Aircall, and Google Workspace.
