We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help bring Dash's products and capabilities to market with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you'll work closely with Product, Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and ensure our go-to-market teams understand what we're building, who it's for, and why it matters.
You'll support a portfolio of products and use cases, partnering with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to bring new releases to market, strengthen how we communicate the value of our existing platform, and equip customer-facing teams to confidently position Dash.
- Partner with Product Managers to bring new products, features, and capabilities to market, from early planning through launch and ongoing adoption.
- Develop clear, value-driven product messaging that connects capabilities to customer needs, use cases, personas, and Dash's broader product pillars.
- Translate product functionality into compelling customer and business value for use across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
- Partner with Enablement to ensure GTM teams are ready to confidently communicate, demonstrate, and sell new and existing capabilities.
- Build and maintain product marketing materials including product briefs, use cases, persona messaging, FAQs, battlecards, competitive resources, and launch materials.
- Develop a strong understanding of Dash's users and buyers, bringing customer and field insights into product messaging and go-to-market execution.
- Maintain competitive intelligence across your areas of ownership, including competitor capabilities, positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and key points of differentiation.
- Support product launches by coordinating messaging, audiences, assets, enablement, and cross-functional readiness.
- Partner across Marketing to ensure product value and differentiation are accurately reflected in campaigns, content, web, events, and other customer-facing programs.
- Gather feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and customers to identify gaps in product understanding, messaging, and go-to-market readiness.
- Measure the effectiveness of launches and product marketing programs and use insights to continuously improve execution.
Desired:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, or a related role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and go-to-market teams.
- Strong ability to understand complex products and translate capabilities into clear, customer-focused value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with an ability to understand different users, buyers, needs, and use cases.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to move multiple initiatives forward across teams.
- Curiosity about markets and competitors and an ability to turn research into useful, actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where products and priorities continue to evolve.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in social media, martech, or creator economy SaaS.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS product launches.
- Experience developing sales enablement or competitive intelligence materials.
- Familiarity working with multi-product or platform SaaS businesses.
