Your main responsibilities
- Analyze project performance, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports that support project and portfolio decision-making;
- Monitor project key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare project health reports for project teams and leadership;
- Assist with forecasting project workload, staffing requirements, budgets, and overall project performance;
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO processes, procedures, standards, and best practices;
- Create and maintain project management templates, tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation;
- Conduct project governance reviews, project health checks, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards;
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights;
- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and analytical reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership;
- Support Project Managers with project setup, scheduling, reporting, portfolio planning, resource management, and project controls activities.
What makes you unique
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project controls, business analysis, engineering consulting, or a related environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presentations for diverse audiences;
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, including data analysis and reporting functions;
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, tracking tools, and performance metrics to support business decision-making;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, project governance processes, and PMO best practices;
- Experience using project management and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms is considered an asset;
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
