Ford's Family Pharmacy & Wellness Centre - Moncton, NB

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Bilingual (English/French) required.

Ford's has been an independent, full-service pharmacy in Moncton since 1997. We're not a typical retail pharmacy: we compound custom medications, run functional and integrative medicine consults, and work with clients on root-cause approaches to their health, not just filling a script. That means the dispensary here does more, and the people who work in it get exposed to more.

About the role:

You'll work in the dispensary, supporting prescription processing, compounding logistics, and inventory, alongside front-counter and merchandising responsibilities. This is a hands-on role with real involvement in how a compounding pharmacy actually runs, not a purely retail position.

Core responsibilities:

• Prescription computer entry and processing
• Dispensary support: shipping, ordering, and stock management for compounding and prescription inventory
• Front-store merchandising
• Cashier and client-facing service
• General support across a full-service pharmacy and wellness environment

What we're looking for

• Bilingual (English/French) - essential
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
• Professional attitude and interest in a pharmacy environment that goes beyond standard retail dispensing
