- B2B Product Pricing Revalidation & Financial Modeling: Audit and revalidate pricing for our active DIY e-commerce tools; build dynamic financial models for wholesale, revenue-share, and tier-based reseller partnerships with third-party software distributors.
- Global Channel Partner Business Planning (ANZ/APAC & NA): Draft a grounded, feasible 6-to-12 month B2B channel partner sales plan targeting >$25,000 USD in revenue across our suite of education tools, tailored to software partners in North America, ANZ, and expanding APAC markets.
- Business Requirements (BRDs) & Partner Agreements: Draft formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining how international LMS/AMS platforms will host, deliver, and report on Halmyre education; support negotiations to secure written channel/wholesale partner agreements.
- Month 1: Complete an audit of shopping cart delivery workflows; setup conversion tracking in Google Analytics and HubSpot; launch initial outbound HubSpot marketing campaign for direct self-serve playbooks; initiate ANZ/APAC market requirements review.
- Month 2: Revalidate direct B2B course pricing; build a dynamic financial model for LMS/AMS third-party resellers; execute a follow-up promotional sequence; present initial B2B channel partner rollout strategy.
- Month 3: Achieve >$3,000 USD in direct course/tool sales; deliver a grounded, feasible 6-to-12 month B2B channel partner sales plan targeting >$25,000 USD across our suite of tools; finalize comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); secure at least 1 executed written agreement (LOI/MoU/pilot agreement) with a wholesale or channel reseller.
