The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Englobe's compensation, benefits, job architecture, and HR analytics programs. The role provides accurate data, meaningful insights, and practical support to help ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Your main responsibilities
- Support annual salary review, incentive compensation, and other compensation processes, including data preparation, validation, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct compensation analyses, market pricing, benchmarking, salary range reviews, and survey participation.
- Analyze internal equity, pay competitiveness, compensation spend, benefits utilization, cost trends, and renewal information.
- Support the administration and reporting of group benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, and incentive programs.
- Participate in employee communications related to Total Rewards programs, including program updates, rollouts, and supporting materials.
- Maintain job descriptions, job architecture data, salary structures, role profiles, and compensation documentation.
- Assist with job evaluations, role matching, market alignment, and acquisition integration activities.
- Develop and maintain HR and Total Rewards dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc analyses, and leadership presentations.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing compensation, benefits, and workforce-related analyses.
- Validate HR data, identify data quality issues, and recommend improvements to increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and leaders to support Total Rewards processes and decisions, including market intelligence and offer recommendations for Talent Acquisition.
- Support pay equity reviews, audits, policy documentation, governance activities, and compliance with applicable legislation.
What makes you unique
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
- Progress toward a related designation such as CHRP, CHRL, CCP, or CEBS is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear insights.
- Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or HRIS platforms is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with HR colleagues, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $77,771 to $102,075 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
