Machine Operator - General Labour

Title: Machine Operator

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $17.60 /hr. + 1.76 /hr. shift premium for afternoon shifts

Shift: 3 pm to 12 am

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

We are looking for a General Labour Machine Operator for our client who specializes in manufacturing precision parts for a wide range of application areas in the automotive sectors which include motors, fuel injection, transmissions, steering, camshafts, brakes, sensors, and chassis. Job Duties:

• Follow company safety rules
• Load/Unload parts in machine, when applicable
• Using measuring devices when necessary
• Reading part drawings basic (SPC purpose only) when necessary
• Maintaining 5S and housekeeping
• Stacking or packing parts
• Miscellaneous tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Related work experience, preferred
• Minimum high school diploma
• Basic math/computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skill (English)
• Capable of troubleshooting basic machine problems
