Schedule: 8:30AM - 4PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our client's industrial operations team in Dartmouth. This hands-on position plays an important role in preparing refrigerant cylinders for inspection, refurbishment, and reuse while ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Remove labels, decals, paint, and residue from refrigerant cylinders using approved tools and techniques
• Inspect cylinders for visible damage, defects, or irregularities and report concerns to supervisors
• Prepare cylinders for refurbishment, testing, painting, and refilling processes
• Safely handle and move cylinders throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Physically capable of lifting and moving cylinders throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or warehouse environments is considered an asset
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
