Licensed Practical Nurse

Maple Hill Manor is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of the registered nurse, the LPN practices within the scope of their professional license. The LPN provides professional nursing care to residents in keeping with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Delegates tasks and supervises the activities of CCA care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Complete 2-year diploma as licensed Practical Nurse from accredited college.
• Current registration with Collage of Licensed Practical Nurses
• Approved Pharmacology Course
• CPR & 1st Aid
• WHMIS
