We are excited to partner with them in their search for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Director, this is a high-impact, individual contributor role working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and deployment of automated financial analysis and modelling
  • Support monthly forecasting, multi-year rolling forecasts, strategic financial planning, and annual budgeting processes
  • Identify and drive improvements to existing processes, tools, and financial reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the leadership team


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial or analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer application skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, TM1, Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos) considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
