About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
- Support front desk operations and greet clients when required
- Ensure office organization and assist with general office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable and punctual
Work Schedule
- Shift Times are 9AM-6PM ADT
- Flexible Hours, potential up to 30 per week
