We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Retail Member Advisor at our Saint John, New Brunswick location.

Responsabilités

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for applicants who can embrace our Member First philosophy through their genuine interest in our Members, and also understand the intricate ins and outs of the vast array of products and services that CAA offers. You are motivated by providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through in person and over the phone interactions.

You will be speaking with our Members in person and over the phone, taking payments, enhancing their Memberships, and explaining our products. You will be taking passport pictures, and issuing International Drivers Permits. You will be helping them plan their road trips by taking customized orders, and by providing maps. You will be trained in car rentals and hotel reservations, and travel medical insurance.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturdays between 9am and 2pm, and requires availability during these hours to ensure adequate scheduling. Saturday scheduling is an alternating schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide signature experience customer service to members and customers
  • Identify and recommend the right product to members and customers, through consultative selling
  • Contribute to a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Navigate challenging situations with patience and grace
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, with preference for post secondary education completion
  • Savvy with computer software, and able to learn new software applications with ease
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • Motivated by consultative selling
  • Previous retail and/or hospitality industry experience is an asset
  • Understanding of maps, and able to identify many major US and Canadian cities
  • Ability to communicate in the French language is an asset
