Job Title: G-class Delivery Driver

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Shifts: Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Rate of Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are hiring a G Class Delivery Driver for our client in Oakville. This company distributes metal and alloy products. Qualified candidates will have a valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and have experience in a similar delivery driving role. This position is a long-term to permanent hire position with a reputable company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Safely deliver metal products to customer locations.
• Load and unload products from vehicle (long-box pick-up truck and flatbed truck).
• Complete and provide all required paperwork and driver logs throughout deliveries.
• Report any issues or customer concerns to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers when delivering products.
• Safely drive company vehicles and keep the vehicle clean.
• Lifting up to 50lbs safely.
• Other general duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Must be aged 25 years or older (insurance requirement).
• Valid G Class Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
• Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Search.
• 2-3 years previous verifiable experience working in a delivery driving role.
• Strong knowledge of GTA and surrounding regions is an asset.
• Punctual, reliable, and strong English communication skills.
• CSA certified safety shoes.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
