The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Yarmouth. In this role, you will be the face of our retail location while also engaging with our clients via inbound and outbound calls. Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or someone with a natural talent for customer service, we provide the extensive training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Deliver a World-Class Experience: Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience every time a customer walks into our GBS location.

Consultative Sales: Drive success by identifying opportunities and recommending the right solutions-including Mobility, Internet, Security, Accessories, and Device Coverage-all of which are commissionable.

Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients via phone to ensure they have the best solutions to stay connected and protected.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients to ensure they feel valued and supported.

Achieve Results: Meet or exceed sales targets, channeling your drive and ambition into actionable success.

Operational Excellence: Use the TELUS online activation system and our POS system to handle transactions, contracts, and necessary administrative tasks with accuracy and detail.

Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the store, while remaining flexible to work shifts aligned with mall operating hours.

Adapt & Innovate: Stay up-to-date with evolving wireless and IT technology; we are looking for someone with a true passion for an industry that is changing the way people work, live, and play.

Who You Are

Poised & Engaging: You are empathetic and lead conversations with natural warmth and genuine enthusiasm.

Driven: You have strong initiative and are excited by the idea of an uncapped commission structure.

Communicative: You are a stimulating communicator who thrives in a collaborative, "selling" style approach.

Reliable: You are at least 19 years of age, legally able to work in Canada, and possess essential computer literacy.

Experienced: While previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, your attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
