Account Coordinator

The WaterWerks Agency team is a diverse mix of creative minds, digital experts, and big-picture thinkers who help exceptional clients across every sector of the economy stand out and succeed. We are looking for an Account Coordinator. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone fresh out of post-secondary who's ready to dive in, learn fast, and grow big! You might have just finished your Business or Communications degree, or maybe you have a English degree but it's all good with us. As long as you have the right attitude, we'll grow together. You'll be supporting account Directors with all the things including helping with presentations that help bring our clients along and working with the creative team.

We think you'll thrive here if you are ambitious, really appreciate diverse work and interesting people, and are a determined, knowledge-hungry thinker. Bonus points if you are:

• Organized to the point of "just let me make a spreadsheet for that"
• Love digging into data, but can also write a clear, friendly email
• Can switch between heads-down focus and collaborative brainstorm mode in the studio
• Eager to learn from one of the best teams in the biz
• Looking to grow your skills and expand your thinking

Some of our must-haves:

• Post-secondary degree in (English, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or Business)
• Strong organizational skills (detail-obsessed, in the best way)
• Interest in developing digital marketing skills (Social Media, Google Ads, META Ads, SEO basics)
• Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
• A collaborative spirit
