Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)
Available Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Burlington, ON (Appleby Line and Mainway)

Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Type: Temporary to permanent
Start Date: Immediately

We're hiring skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Burlington. This is an immediate opening for candidates who are confident communicators and perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, organize, and stack pallets
• Load and unload shipments from trailers efficiently
• Utilize RF scanning equipment for order picking and inventory management
• Assist with general warehouse operations, including lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Support additional warehouse tasks and duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, practical counterbalance forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification, either in-house or from a recognized third-party provider
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Knowledge of RF scanning systems is considered an asset
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able and willing to successfully complete a criminal background check before employment
