We're looking for a Site Superintendent who's ready for more than just managing a construction site. What You'll Do:
As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee daily site operations from project start-up through closeout while working closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
You'll be trusted to:
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, site crews, schedules, and daily workflow.
- Maintain project quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is executed correctly.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects moving forward.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, risks, and site updates.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
- Lead project closeout activities, including deficiencies and final site turnover.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction site supervision.
- Must be based in or near the Greater Moncton region and willing to travel throughout the Maritimes as required.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and construction reporting tools.
- Experience with Procore is considered an asset.
