Summary:
The Field Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across Canada. This position is essential for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills and sales expertise, ensuring that our business objectives are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
