Pay Rate: $25/hr

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting a dependable and experienced Class 1 Driver to support a busy transportation and delivery operation. This role offers primarily local deliveries with occasional overnight trips, providing a great balance for drivers looking for consistent work with some route variety.

The successful candidate will operate both tractor-trailers and straight trucks while supporting safe and efficient deliveries throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduled local deliveries safely and efficiently
• Operate both tractor-trailers and straight trucks
• Load, unload, and secure materials as required
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Follow all transportation safety regulations and company procedures
• Provide professional service during pickups and deliveries

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License, with at least 2 years' experience in Canada
• Clean driver's abstract and strong safety record
• Experience operating tractor-trailers and straight trucks
• Comfortable with occasional overnight trips
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Hydraulic boom experience is considered a strong asset
