Responsibilities:

• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide support with orders, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general administrative duties and office support
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
