Job Title: Maintenance Residential
Location: Saint John, New Brunswick
Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Information:
We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with crack filling and general property or roadway maintenance, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform crack filling and drywall repair
• Operate and maintain crack sealing equipment and related tools
• Complete general maintenance and labour duties as assigned
• Prepare surfaces for repair and ensure quality workmanship
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with additional maintenance projects and site cleanup as required
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:

• Previous crack filling experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Responsible, professional, punctual, and reliable
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for extended periods
• Strict adherence to health and safety practices
• Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime when required
