Reporting to the Manager, Pricing, the Pricing Coordinator is responsible for inputting, reviewing, validating, and monitoring pricing in SAP to ensure accuracy of pricing and price-related data. The Pricing Coordinator will work closely with the Listing Coordinators through the article creation and activation process and as well as the Pricing team during the semi-annual price review. They will also work with the vendor community and the Category Managers to ensure all vendor inquiries are answered in a timely manner. This role will help to support the annual pricing calendar.

Responsabilités

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Validate FOB and Minimum Profit including all pricing and pricing-related data to ensure it is valid, consistent, and accurate.
  • Update calculated retail price for New Article and update article tracking spreadsheets.
  • Communicate and inform Listing Coordinators of pricing anomalies or issues.
  • Activate approved articles' retail and/or wholesale prices in SAP.
  • Support Pricing team during pricing strategy reviews and semi-annual vendor price change cycle.
  • Maintain the Pricing History and Pricing Procedures manual.
  • Support PWSS Operators and Trade Vendors in the use of Excel pricing models.
  • Reconcile invoices to ensure proper pricing and provide counsel on invoice issues.
  • Provide price quotes for PWSS orders and special orders to the Service Excellence Coordinators.
  • Oversee clearance for all categories, including clearance promotion set-up, billing and tracking of inventory Provide communication with Retail as appropriate.
  • Provide support and input for the annual, NSLC pricing calendar, while participating in the timely achievement of calendar tasks.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Validate pricing for internal and external marketing and merchandising materials.
  • Use BI and Excel to prepare promotional billing data each period for Accounts Receivable for LTO's, Clearance, Air Miles promotions, FOB Billbacks and all other promotions.
  • Preview Listing Applications to validate proposed pricing.
  • Confirm price and/or make change recommendations to listing coordinator/category manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to NSLC's Values, social responsibility mandate and workplace health and safety.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

As a qualified candidate, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience inputting and validating data
  • Experience with pricing design and process implementation
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including intermediate MS Excel skills

As an ideal candidate you will have:

  • Experience with article master data and/ or supply chain processes
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Experience working in SAP

An alternate combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.
