AirPro SAR Services Inc., a joint venture between Airbus Defence and Space and PAL Aerospace, is proud to support Canada's Fixed Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) program. Our mission is clear: keep Canada's CC295 Kingfisher fleet mission-ready to save lives across one of the largest and most challenging search and rescue regions in the world.

We are currently looking for a Logistical Support Analysis (LSA) and Obsolescence Specialist to join our Ottawa-based team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of the master data for the aircraft and fleet. Your work will help ensure every aircraft is equipped to launch when the call comes, because in SAR, every second counts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of AirPro LSA strategies, processes, and procedures, ensure information remains current.
  • Coordinate flow and accuracy of LSA Data through various contractor data management systems IT tools, and report LSA deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Central Data Manager to ensure updated LSA Master Data is properly validated and provide to Customer repository for IT tools.
  • Provide general LSA data expertise in support of Maintenance Program, Reliability and Maintainability, Configuration Management, and Technical Publications as Support Systems.
  • Liaise with the OEM on obsolescence topics, participate in obsolescence strategy meetings and decision boards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge of Logistic Support Analysis and Obsolescence Management
  • 3+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, and databases
  • Understanding of aircraft maintenance preferred
  • Bilingualism in French or Spanish is an asset
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Eligible for Canadian government security clearance
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 50% onsite in Ottawa)
