We are currently looking to fill the position of Academic Program Development and Review Coordinator to join our Academic Program Development and Review team.

Job Information and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager, Academic Program Development & Review, the Academic Program Development and Review Coordinator will:

  • Organizing and formatting documents and appendices related to MPHEC new and modified program proposals
  • Organizing and formatting documents/appendices related to academic program review self-studies
  • Collaborates in the management of the program review schedule
  • Managing the logistical coordination of program review site visits (on campus and virtual)
  • Developing surveys in collaboration with faculty and coordinating survey distribution for program review and development
  • Coordinating the collection and analysis of survey results, preparing survey reports for program review and development
  • Manages the [email protected] e-mail
  • Communicating with staff, faculty, Deans, the VPAR's and President's Offices
  • Updating Senate Policies and Handbooks as related to program development and review
  • Management and maintenance of the program development and review website and file archive
  • Providing event and workshop support for the Manager, Academic Program Development and Review
  • Tracking program review expenses

Experience and Education Requirements

To be the successful Academic Program Development and Review Coordinator you will have:

  • High School completion plus 1 year of Community College.
  • Minimum two (2) years directly related work experience.
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics survey software is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the MPHEC program review process is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the MPHEC program proposal process is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of program curriculum mapping and related software tools is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Saint Mary's Senate policies and process related to program development and review is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel , Word, Sharepoint), Banner, Teams, Zoom
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to establish positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • High level of personal integrity and professional initiative.
