Capstone is hiring for a Sr. Project Manager. This position is a full-time, permanent role, preference will be given to those within Nova Scotia, however candidates from other areas are encouraged to apply.

As a Project Manager:

• You will oversee the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• You will develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure transparency.
• You will proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• You will drive collaboration across teams to meet project deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
• You will leverage your expertise to refine processes, improve efficiency, and maximize client satisfaction.

To do this job, you need:

• A PMP, project management certification;
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects across industries, preferably IT, Health, or Emergency Services;
• Strong expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Experience leading project teams;
• Experience delivering presentations to clients and leadership;
• Experience participating in a Project Management Office environment;
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
