A typical day on the job for you might look like:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Preparing quotes, processing orders efficiently, and sourcing the right products
- Supporting the outside sales team to meet and exceed customer needs
- Providing excellent customer service that builds long-term loyalty and trust
- Providing coverage in the storefront and being the welcoming face that customers see

Your background and what you bring:
- Customer service or sales experience in a related industry with a track record of building client relationships
- Strong self-motivation and results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail when processing orders and preparing quotes
- Knowledge of industrial & safety products or MRO environments is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
