The PCC Coordinator is the primary custodian for care and control of aircraft documentation, work orders and will provide Aircraft Control Center Work Order administration support for several aircraft.
What You Will Do:- Print WOs, assemble work packages and issue them to the Aircraft Control Center Supervisor IAW the aircraft staging plan.
- Work hand in hand with the Aircraft Stager and Supervisor to group/stage work orders within the Control Center.
- Hold and report on work orders at all stages (not released, in work, on-hold, complete).
- Pick up completed work orders from the aircraft boards and inspection pick-up slots; close the work orders, update applicable computer applications and file work orders, both electronic and hard copy; review work orders on closure for errors and coordinate with the Production Team for work order error reconciliation.
- Assist Aircraft Control Center Supervisor in the preparation for coordination of aircraft documentation (final area closeout (FACO), etc.) .
- Assist the Supervisor of the Aircraft Control Centre in the direction and coordination of Material support personnel.
- Retrieve, compile and prepare reports as required by the Aircraft Control Center Supervisor on WO management related information.
- Assist Project Team personnel with any work order related queries/reports.
- Undertake recurrent or update training as required.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Completion or equivalent.
- Knowledge of aircraft terminology and Aircraft Maintenance Policies and Procedures is an asset.
- Able to work in and collaborate with team members while operating in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment (office and production floor).
- Must possess good self-discipline and an ability to work independently when required.
- Be comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement, 6S and Lesson Learned initiatives.
- Experience and knowledge of Quality Assurance Procedures related to AS9100 standards is an asset.
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances.
