Hours: Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 07:00hrs

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to alarms and service calls
• Performing regular property inspections
• Supervising security personnel
• Assisting with staff scheduling
• Serving as a point of contact for clients
• Overseeing basic vehicle maintenance

Success in this position requires strong professionalism, effective communication, excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Adherence to proper procedures and thorough documentation is also essential.

Please note that this role involves significant walking, as you will be required to conduct foot patrols throughout the facility.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid G Class driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
• Must provide a current driver's abstract: no more than two minor violations, no major convictions, and a maximum of six demerit points within the past three years
• Prior experience in the security field is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in a Law Enforcement or Security program from a recognized institution is preferred
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and the Mental Health Act
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two doses)
• Possession of a valid Ontario Security License
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
