We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team based in our Charlottetown, PE office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (12 Months)

The Opportunity:
At Stewart McKelvey, we are always excited to hear from talented people with legal assistant experience.
Our Legal Assistants work with a team of lawyers and other legal administrative professionals to support practices in a variety of areas of law, including Corporate, Litigation, Property, Labour & Employment and other practice areas.
If you have experience in a law firm or legal environment, or have recently graduated from a legal administrative or paralegal program, we would be happy to consider you for an opportunity with the firm.
Our legal administrative professionals are responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from drafting documents, handling client correspondence, file management, billing-related tasks, calendar management, scanning/ photocopying/ binding, and a variety of other duties depending on the role.
