We are forming a Business Transformation Team to lead the successful implementation of a brand-new Oracle Fusion solution. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our ERP Application Support Team, reporting to the Procurement Lead.
Key elements of this role include:
- Supporting, maintaining, and evolving enterprise-level computer systems to meet established customer service levels and uphold operational best practices.
- Supporting initiatives from initiation to completion using business analysis, process mapping, project management, and change management methodologies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with both financial and operational objectives.
- Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and use cases to guide system development, configuration, or process changes.
- Conducting data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, or risk mitigation.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and user documentation to support system adoption and process changes.

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in business analysis is required. Experience in business case development, project management, change management, and continuous improvement are considered assets.
- You are a self-starter and natural leader with proven organizational and analytical skills. You work well independently and in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- You have a commitment to continuous improvement.
- You have strong facilitation and presentation skills, and a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decisions.
- You are skilled at negotiating with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes and resolving issues related to procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- You have a solid understanding of business principles and bring knowledge of financial processes and/or supply chain management
- You have direct experience in procurement and/or inventory management, which are considered strong assets.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with procurement software and systems.
- Proficiency in Visio and workflow diagramming is required.
- Certifications such as CAPM, CBAP, or CCBA are considered assets.
- Knowledge of utilities, ERP, or large-scale transformation projects considered an asset
