Kelly Cove Salmon Ltd., a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in Canada's Best Managed Companies Program, has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company's Saltwater Management Team located in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick.

The Role

The Saltwater Data Coordinator selected will maintain critical data systems used by the business on a daily basis. We are seeking a results-driven individual to complete tasks accurately and on time.

As Saltwater Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry into various systems
  • Inputting employee hours and other relevant data into the ADP software system.
  • Auditing payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Completing purchase requisitions for non-capital items, as well as capital items
  • Reviewing source documents for accuracy
  • Reconciling and approving invoices
  • Updating spreadsheets/software systems
  • Supporting day-to-day business operations as needed

    A successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as analytical skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge
