Job Title: General Labour Warehouse Associate

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm OR Sunday - Thursday 9:00pm - 5:30am

Location: Milton, Ontario - James Snow Pkwy and Regional Rd 25

Rate of Pay: DAYS $25.00/hour; NIGHTS $23.00/hour

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary

We are looking for experienced general labourers to join our client's distribution facility in Milton! This is a long-term role within a bustling shipping and receiving department. Responsibilities may include loading and offloading off a conveyor, sorting and staging outbound products, and other warehouse tasks. You must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle to commute to work, as the facility is not transit accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Repetitively loading and unloading trailers by hand and using a conveyor belt
• Stacking product, moving shipments, and staging
• Constantly lifting 50-70lbs throughout the shift (heavy lifting is required)
• Meet daily shipping quotas within deadlines
• General warehouse and labour tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• MUST be comfortable lifting up to 70 pounds (lbs) regularly (HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED OFTEN)
• 2-3 years experience working in similar distribution or general labour role required
• Team oriented and high energy
• Comfortable working in a fast paced role and standing for long periods of time
• MUST be available for overtime
• MUST have own reliable vehicle and driver's license as the facility is not accessible via public transit
