We specialize in custom jewellery design, custom upcycling, restoration, and expert repairs. Our state-of-the-art studio is dedicated to creating unique, high-quality pieces while preserving sentimental treasures through meticulous restoration. We are seeking a talented, organized, and enthusiastic Sales & Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of customer service excellence and strong administrative capabilities. A passion for fashion, jewellery, and meaningful customer experiences is essential. We're looking for someone who values professionalism, integrity, and compassion-traits that align with our longstanding reputation for exceptional service and craftsmanship.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, this individual will play a key role in shaping the customer experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment are essential. You should thrive in a setting where relationships matter, where no two days are the same, and where care and precision are part of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized customer service
• Assist with jewellery and repair sales, including follow-ups and customer communication
• Maintain and update client records and service logs
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling
• Process inventory receiving and support merchandising efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and office environment
• Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Support overall administrative and retail operations
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work culture

Our Ideal Candidate:
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a customer service
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Consistently arrives on time and is ready to begin work at the scheduled start time
• Refrains from personal cell phone use during business hours to maintain focus and provide excellent customer service
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Presents a mature, professional demeanor
• Maintains professionalism and respects confidentiality
• Is tech-savvy and confident using email, POS systems and social media
• Thrives under pressure and is adaptable to changing priorities
• Works well independently and collaboratively
• Has a strong sense of accountability and pride in their work
• Is willing to work occasional extra hours in December (evenings/weekends)
• Must be eligible for security clearance upon hiring
