Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Demolition Supervisors to lead our crew on various demolition projects. This role involves overseeing job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing labourers and equipment, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise demolition crews on-site
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and materials needed for each job
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE
• Monitor site progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Perform hands-on work when required and assist crew members
• Complete site documentation and reports as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in demolition or construction supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of demolition techniques, tools, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Physically capable of handling demanding work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Safety certifications such as WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid preferred
